If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, please notify us via email at support@ishop2love.com within 3 calendar days. We’ll make it right by:

For returning the products, you should mail to No 49, Jalan Goh Hock Huat 41400 Klang Selangor.

We will cover the cost of any return shipping. After we receive your item(s), our team of professionals will inspect the return item(s) which the product must be in the same condition you receive it and undamaged in any way. Upon the approvals of inspection, Finance department will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
